-200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training * Integrating mindfulness, movement, and breathwork to promote stress relief, self-care, and holistic well-being.
-New York State Certified Peer Specialist-Provisional * Trained mental health professional with lived experience who uses their personal recovery journey to support, inspire, and empower others facing mental health challenges.
-New York State Certified Recovery Peer Advocate-Provisional * Trained individual with lived experience of recovery from substance use who provides support, encouragement, and guidance to others navigating their own recovery journey.
-Bachelor’s Degree in Community & Human Services * A strong foundation in mental health advocacy, human services, and community support, reinforcing a person-centered approach.
-12 Years of Experience Working with Adults with Disabilities at People Inc (Southeast Works) * Bringing extensive experience in disability services, fostering inclusion, empowerment, and individualized support.
-1.5 Years Overseeing the Youth Peer Advocate Department at Mental Health Advocates of WNY * Leading and developing programs that equip young people with peer-led mental health support, skill-building, and advocacy resources.
